Affiliate Program Terms

Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: 10 August 2026

These terms govern the BoostBot affiliate program run by BoostBot.org (“BoostBot”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They apply to you from the moment you apply to join.

The Terms of Service apply to you as well. Where the two differ, these terms govern the affiliate relationship only, and the Terms of Service govern everything else.

1. Joining

1.1 You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract.

1.2 Apply through the affiliate dashboard on boostbot.org. We approve or refuse applications at our discretion, and we do not have to give a reason.

1.3 One person or company gets one affiliate account. Opening a second account to work around a suspension, a clawback, or the self-referral rule ends both.

1.4 You must give us accurate contact and payment details and keep them current. We are not liable for a payment sent to details you gave us that were wrong.

1.5 We may refuse or close an account where we cannot verify who you are, or where paying you would breach sanctions or export control law.

2. Your status

2.1 You are an independent contractor. You are not our employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer.

2.2 You may not sign anything, promise anything, accept anything, or hold yourself out as able to bind us.

2.3 You are responsible for your own tax, your own social contributions, and your own business registration where the law requires one. We may ask for a tax form before we pay you, and we may withhold where the law tells us to.

2.4 You carry your own costs. We do not reimburse advertising spend, hosting, or anything else you spend to promote us.

3. Commission

3.1 We pay a percentage of the net value of a qualifying sale. Net value excludes tax and any discount applied at checkout. The current rates are:

  • BoostBot Premium, the Windows bot: 20 per cent, recurring
  • Farm Accounts: 20 per cent, recurring
  • Bot Server and Windows Server: 15 per cent, recurring
  • Farm for Me Service: 10 per cent, recurring

Recurring means we pay you again on each renewal payment the referred customer makes, for as long as both your affiliate account and their subscription stay eligible under these terms. We may change a rate for future sales, and we will tell you before we do.

3.2 A sale qualifies when all of the following are true: the buyer arrived through your tracking link, the order was completed and paid in full, the refund window has passed, and the order has not been refunded or charged back.

3.3 The tracking cookie lasts 30 days. Where two affiliates both have a claim, the last click before the order wins.

3.4 Recurring subscriptions pay commission as set out in the affiliate dashboard for your program tier. Where the dashboard is silent, commission is paid on the first payment only.

3.5 Commission is held until the refund window for that order has closed under the Refund Policy, so that a refund or a chargeback can be settled before payout. For most orders that is 14 days from the payment.

3.6 We pay once your cleared balance reaches any amount, there is no minimum, on our normal payment run, by the payout method you set in the affiliate dashboard. Payouts run monthly and are made by hand, so allow a few working days.

3.7 A balance on a closed account is forfeit where the closure was for a breach of these terms. Otherwise we pay the cleared balance at the next payment run.

4. Clawback

4.1 We reverse commission on any sale that is later refunded, charged back, cancelled inside the refund window, or found to be fraudulent.

4.2 A reversal comes off your next payout. Where your balance will not cover it, we may invoice you for the difference.

4.3 Where a pattern of orders from your traffic is refunded or charged back at a rate well above the site average, we may suspend payouts and review the account before paying anything further.

5. How you may promote us

5.1 You may promote us on a site you own, on your own social accounts, on a video channel, in a newsletter your subscribers asked for, and in a community where the moderators allow it.

5.2 Use the creative and the wording we publish. You may write your own copy, but every claim you make about our product must be a claim we have published ourselves.

5.3 Use your tracking link. A sale with no tracking link earns nothing, and we do not backfill commission by hand.

6. What you must not do

6.1 Cookie stuffing. You must not set our tracking cookie without a genuine click by the visitor. That covers hidden iframes, pixel loads, auto-redirects, pop-unders, forced clicks, and any script that drops the cookie on a page load. Cookie stuffing ends the account and forfeits the balance.

6.2 Brand bidding. You must not bid in paid search on “BoostBot”, on any misspelling of it, or on our brand plus a keyword such as “coupon”, “discount”, or “review”. You must not use our brand in ad copy, in a display URL, or in a landing page URL.

6.3 Typosquatting and impersonation. You must not register a domain, a handle, a page, an app, or a server name that copies or imitates our brand. You must not present yourself as BoostBot, as our staff, or as an official channel.

6.4 Coupon abuse. You must not post our codes on coupon aggregator sites. You must not publish, guess, or share a code we have not published ourselves. Only publicly published codes may be used.

6.5 Spam. You must not send unsolicited email, direct messages, or forum posts. Every send you make must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, with the ePrivacy rules and GDPR where they apply, and with the platform’s own rules.

6.6 Incentivised traffic. You must not pay, reward, or offer cashback for a click or a purchase, and you must not use traffic exchanges, click farms, or bot traffic.

6.7 Adware and injection. You must not use browser extensions, toolbars, adware, or any software that injects links, rewrites links, or overwrites another affiliate’s cookie.

6.8 Unlawful or unsuitable placement. You must not promote us on a site that carries pirated content, malware, hate speech, or sexual content involving minors, or on any site aimed at children.

6.9 Claims about other companies. You must not claim our product is better than any named competitor’s product, and you must not state or hint that we are connected to any game publisher or to any other vendor. See the Disclaimer for the affiliation position.

6.10 Self-referral. You must not use your own link to buy for yourself, for a household member, or for a business you control. Those orders earn nothing.

7. Disclosure

7.1 You must disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and near the link, before the click. This is required by the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States, 16 CFR Part 255, and by the equivalent advertising rules in other markets.

7.2 A disclosure must be plain and easy to see. “I earn a commission if you buy through this link” works. A disclosure buried in a footer, hidden behind a “more” link, or written in a hashtag pile does not.

7.3 On video, say it out loud and put it on screen. On live streams, repeat it.

7.4 If you are paid to post, and not only paid on a sale, say that too.

7.5 The FTC holds the affiliate responsible for their own disclosures. We enforce this rule because a failure by you is a risk to both of us.

8. Trademarks and creative

8.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our name and logo to promote us, while your account is active and in good standing.

8.2 Do not alter our logo, do not combine it with another mark, and do not use it as your own profile image.

8.3 The licence ends the moment your account ends. Remove our marks and our links within 7 days of that.

9. Monitoring, suspension, and termination

9.1 We may review your traffic, your placements, and your disclosures at any time.

9.2 We may suspend an account while we investigate a suspected breach, and we may hold payouts during that period.

9.3 Either of us may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Termination does not affect commission already cleared, except where Section 3.7 applies.

9.4 A breach of Section 6 or Section 7 ends the account immediately and forfeits any unpaid commission tied to the breach.

10. Changes

10.1 We may change commission rates, the cookie window, and payout thresholds on 30 days’ notice by email to the address on your account.

10.2 We may change the rest of these terms at any time by posting a new version. Continuing to promote us after a change means you accept it.

11. Liability and indemnity

11.1 We are not liable to you for lost commission caused by a tracking failure, by a browser blocking cookies, by a buyer clearing cookies, or by an outage.

11.2 Our total liability to you is capped at the commission we paid you in the 6 months before the claim.

11.3 You indemnify us against any claim, loss, or penalty arising from how you promoted us, including a failure to disclose, a breach of an advertising rule, and any claim you made that we had not published.

12. General

12.1 Section 26 and Section 27 of the Terms of Service govern any dispute about these terms and decide which law applies.

12.2 You may not assign this agreement. We may assign it as part of a sale of the business.
