If you only read one of these, read the Refund Policy. It is the one that decides what happens when something goes wrong with an order.
The documents
Terms of Service. The contract between you and us. What you may do with the software, what happens when a plan renews, what we are and are not responsible for, and how a dispute gets settled. Read it
Privacy Policy. What personal data we collect, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it. Read it
Cookie Policy. Every cookie and tracking script the site loads, and how to switch off the optional ones. Read it
Refund and Cancellation Policy. When you get your money back, when you do not, and how to cancel a subscription. Read it
Acceptable Use Policy. What you may not do with the software, the servers, our Discord, and our support. Read it
Disclaimer. We are not affiliated with any game publisher, we do not promise any result, and we do not claim to be undetectable. Read it
DMCA and Copyright Policy. How to send a copyright notice, how to answer one, and what we do about repeat infringement. Read it
Affiliate Program Terms. Commission rates, tracking, payouts, and the rules affiliates follow. Read it
The three things people ask most
Can my game account get banned? Yes. Any automation can get an account suspended or banned, and no tool can stop that. We do not claim to be undetectable and we do not refund a ban. The Disclaimer sets out the full position.
How do I cancel? Sign in, open My Account, and cancel the subscription there. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep your access until the paid period ends. Nobody has to approve it.
Are you connected to the game publisher? No. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publisher of any game. Game names and marks belong to their owners and we use them only to say which game a product works with.
