The three things first

Can my game account get banned?

Yes. Any automation can get an account suspended or banned, and no tool can stop that. We do not claim to be undetectable and we do not refund a ban.

How do I cancel?

Sign in, open My Account, and cancel the subscription there. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the paid period ends. Nobody has to approve it.
