This page sets out what BoostBot is, what we do not promise, and who we are not connected to. It works alongside the Terms of Service. Where this page and the Terms of Service differ, the Terms of Service govern.

1. No affiliation with any game publisher

1.1 BoostBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any game publisher, developer, or platform holder. We have no affiliation with any of the companies whose games our software works with, and none of them has reviewed, approved, or licensed anything we sell.

1.2 We use game names, game titles, and screenshots to say which game a product works with. That is a descriptive use. It does not claim a partnership and it does not claim permission.

1.3 All game names, logos, trademarks, and images are the property of their owners. All trademarks on this site belong to their respective holders, and their use here does not imply any relationship with us.

1.4 If you own a mark used on this site and you want the use changed or removed, write to support@boostbot.org. The DMCA and Copyright Policy explains what to include.

2. What our software does, and the risk you take

2.1 Our software automates play in a third-party game. Most games forbid automation in their own terms of service.

2.2 Using automation may get your game account suspended, banned, restricted, rolled back, or deleted. That decision belongs to the game publisher, not to us. We cannot appeal it, reverse it, or recover an account for you.

2.3 We do not claim our software is undetectable. Any product that makes that claim is guessing. Detection methods change without notice and any bot can be caught.

2.4 You decide whether to run automation on your account. You accept the risk of that decision, including the loss of a game account and of anything you have spent on it.

2.5 A ban is not a fault in the product and it is not a ground for a refund. The Refund Policy sets out the grounds that do apply.

3. No guarantee of results

3.1 We make no promise about any result, gain, rank, resource total, win rate, or in-game outcome.

3.2 Screenshots, videos, examples, and figures on this site show what happened in one case. They are illustrations, not a forecast. Your result depends on your account, your game, your settings, your server, and on changes the publisher makes.

3.3 Customer reviews and community posts are the opinions of the people who wrote them. We do not adopt them as claims of our own.

3.4 Nothing on this site is an offer of income, profit, or earnings.

4. Compatibility and availability

4.1 A game landing page on this site is not a promise that a working bot exists for that game today. Some pages exist for guides, gift codes, or other products. The product page and your order confirmation state what you are buying.

4.2 A game update, an anti-cheat update, an operating system update, or a device change can stop our software working with no notice. We fix what we can, as fast as we can, and sometimes support for a game ends.

4.3 We do not promise the site, the app, the launcher, a server, or the Discord will be available at any given time.

5. Guides, gift codes, and published data

5.1 Our guides, gift-code trackers, statistics, and comparison pages are published for general information.

5.2 Gift codes come from publishers and from public sources. Codes expire, get region locked, or get pulled without notice. A code that fails to redeem is not a defect and is not a service failure.

5.3 We check what we publish and we correct what we get wrong. We do not warrant that any page is accurate, complete, or current.

5.4 Anything you do on the strength of a page here, you do on your own judgment.

6. Not professional advice

6.1 Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

6.2 If you need to know how the law in your country treats game automation, ask a qualified lawyer in that country.

7. Third-party content and services

7.1 We use third parties for payments, hosting, email, analytics, and community. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do.

7.2 We are not responsible for the content, the security, or the practices of any third-party site or service, including any site a community member links to.

7.3 A mention of a third party is not an endorsement of it.

8. Comparison and competitor claims

8.1 Where we compare products, we compare on facts we can show: support hours, guides, community size, published prices at the time of writing.

8.2 Prices and features of other products change. A comparison is accurate as at the date on the page and not after it.

9. As is

9.1 The service, the software, and everything we supply are provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

9.2 Section 23 of the Terms of Service sets out the full disclaimer of warranties, and Section 28 sets out the limitation of liability.

9.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow parts of these exclusions. Where that is so, they apply as far as that jurisdiction permits, and you may have rights this page does not affect. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
