• Software and Website Updates: From time to time, updates to our software and website may be issued to maintain and enhance functionality. BoostBot.org and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages or software downtime, including but not limited to, loss of accounts, data, or business interruption, that arise from the use or inability to use the software or materials on our website. This includes damages or loss informed to BoostBot.org or its authorized representatives orally or in writing. In such cases, neither additional time nor products shall be compensated. BoostBot.org may release these updates at any time, with or without notice.

5. Sales, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

• Product Sales: The Website offers software and digital accounts with specific terms of use.
• Price Changes: Prices for products are subject to change. Users will be notified of any significant changes to pricing.
• No Refund Policy: BoostBot.org offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods, and therefore, we do not issue refunds once an order is completed. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from our website.
• Responsibility and Compatibility: We do not bear any responsibility, and therefore we do not satisfy any refund, return, or exchange requests based on incompatibility of our software with your systems, except for those compatibility issues specified in the product description on our website (official Windows 10+ computers). We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (such as virtual machines or VPS), and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

6. Subscriptions

• Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, BoostBot.org offers automatic renewal for all subscriptions. This feature is enabled by default upon purchase. Unless you inform BoostBot.org prior to the end of your current subscription period that you wish to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew. By continuing with the automatic renewal, you authorize BoostBot.org to charge the then-applicable subscription fee using any credit card or PayPal account we have on file for you.
• How to Cancel: If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so by navigating to the ‘My Account‘ page on our website. From here, you can click “My Subscription” and “Cancel”. You may also submit a cancellation request by contacting us via email at [email protected]. If you purchased through PayPal, you can cancel your PayPal billing agreement directly through PayPal, or by submitting a cancellation by contacting us via email at [email protected] to request the cancellation. These methods are available for your convenience and can be used at any time.
• Subscription Agreement: By purchasing a subscription from BoostBot.org, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
  • Recurring Billing: You will be automatically billed on a recurring basis for your subscription.
  • Cancellation Right: You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.
  • No Refunds on Renewal: Once a renewal payment is processed, we cannot offer a refund.
  • Cancellation Responsibility: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to use our services.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By completing your checkout, you agree to these subscription terms and acknowledge you understand how to cancel your subscription.

7. Products

• By Purchasing Any of Our Downloadable Bots:
  • You are confirming that you have tested the free trial and are fully satisfied with the software.
  • You are confirming that you fully understand your bot cannot be refunded and your subscription will continue monthly unless canceled.
• By purchasing a Bot Server:
  • You are confirming that you fully understand your order may take over 72 hours to be delivered.
  • You are confirming that you fully understand access to your server will only last one month or as long as the subscription.
  • You are confirming that you fully understand your subscription will be automatically charged and will continue unless canceled.
• By purchasing the Bot for Me/Farm For Me Service:
  • You are confirming that you fully understand your order take over 72 hours to be delivered.
  • You are confirming that you fully understand that you must communicate with a member of the BoostBot team to configure the service.
  • You are confirming that you fully understand your order can not be refunded once you purchase the service.
• By purchasing Gmails (Farm Accounts)
  • You are confirming that you fully understand these products can not be returned.
  • You are confirming that you fully understand that your order may take over 72 hours to be delivered.
  • You are confirming that you fully understand your order can not be refunded after purchase.

8. User Conduct

• Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in illegal activities or violate any laws in their jurisdiction.
• Enforcement: Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Service “As Is”: The Service is provided without warranties and is accessed at your own risk.
