Is there really a free version?
Yes. The free Windows download runs unlimited accounts with the core tasks, no card needed. Pro adds every setting and priority support.
Does Pro cover more than one game?
One Pro subscription covers every game in the app menu, including Kingshot, Whiteout Survival and Rise of Kingdoms. The licence is not sold per game.
Windows Bot or Bot Server, which one do I need?
The Windows bot is the app you run on your own PC, so the PC has to stay on while it works. A Bot Server is a cloud machine we host that runs the bot and the emulators, so nothing runs at home. A Bot Server plan includes the licence, so you never pay for one twice.
Does this work on iPhone, Android or Mac?
The download itself is Windows 10 or 11 only; it runs your game inside an Android emulator on that PC. If you do not have a Windows PC, pick Bot Server or Farm for Me. Both run on our hardware and you control them from a phone, tablet or Mac.
How much does a Bot Server cost?
From $80 a month billed yearly ($960). Monthly Standard is $99. Managed plans start at $130 a month. Current tiers are on the Bot Server page.
What is the difference between a farm account and my main?
A farm account is a second game account you keep for gathering and feeding your main. Farm for Me runs farm accounts only, never your main: the service cycles each account every one to two hours, so you cannot play it by hand while it runs.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There are no contracts; subscriptions cancel any time from your account. Refund eligibility depends on the product and is set out in the Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and most local networks), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, Alipay, WeChat Pay, local bank methods such as iDEAL and Bancontact, direct bank transfer, and crypto. PayPal is not accepted.
