Is there really a free version?

Yes. The free Windows version runs unlimited accounts with the core tasks. Premium adds full task coverage and priority support.

Which games does Premium cover?

One Premium subscription covers all 19 games in the game menu on the Premium page, including Kingshot, Whiteout Survival and Rise of Kingdoms.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time, and refund eligibility and time limits for every paid plan are set out in the Refund Policy.

How much does the cloud Bot Server cost?

Standard is $99 a month, or $960 a year which works out at $80 a month. Managed plans start at $130 a month. Current tiers are on the Bot Server page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout takes cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and most local networks), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, Alipay, WeChat Pay, local bank methods such as iDEAL and Bancontact, direct bank transfer, and crypto. PayPal is not accepted.

What is the difference between a Farm Account and my main account?

A farm account is a second game account you keep for gathering and feeding your main. Farm For Me runs farm accounts only, never your main account: the service cycles the account every one to two hours, so you cannot play it by hand while it runs. You can buy farm accounts on the Farm Accounts page.

Windows Bot or Bot Server, which one do I need?

The Windows Bot is the app you download and run on your own PC, so your PC has to stay on while it works. A Bot Server is a cloud machine we host that runs both the software and the emulators, so nothing runs at home. A Bot Server plan includes the bot licence, so you never pay for one twice.
