Kingshot Event Calendar: Weekly Schedule and the 4-Week Rotation
Kingshot events run on two clocks: a fixed weekly spine that repeats on the same days, and a rotation of big scoring events that cycles roughly every four weeks. Resources spent inside the right event window score two to three times what they earn outside it, so reading the calendar is worth real power. This guide maps both clocks, event by event, into one Kingshot event timeline, and explains why your kingdom’s dates can drift from any published schedule.
How Does the Kingshot Event Schedule Work?
Three rules govern the calendar:
- Fixed weekly events land on the same weekdays every week: the Armament Competition and Officer Project types, Alliance Championship, and the alliance battle events.
- Rotating events (Strongest Governor, Kingdom of Power, Alliance Brawl, Champagne Fair) cycle on a roughly four-week loop, each taking over the kingdom for several days.
- Your kingdom’s age sets the phase. The rotation only settles into a stable rhythm after your kingdom finishes its first Kingdom of Power. Young kingdoms see events unlock one at a time on their own timeline.
That last rule is why two players in different kingdoms can both be right about “when Strongest Governor runs.” The cadences below hold everywhere; the exact dates shift with your kingdom’s start time. The in-game Event Center is always the final word.

Which Kingshot Events Run Every Week?
| Event | Cadence | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Bear Hunt (Bear Trap) | Every 2 days, time set by your alliance leaders | Alliance rally against a trapped bear; pure damage race for rewards |
| Alliance Championship | Weekly | Alliance-versus-alliance competitive bracket |
| Armament Competition | Two 2-day types, each every 2 weeks | Score points by spending speedups and materials on gear growth |
| Officer Project | Two types, each every 2 weeks | Score points for hero and troop growth spending |
| Swordland Showdown | Recurring alliance battle slot | Instanced alliance-versus-alliance field battle |
The weekly spine is the dependable part of the calendar. Published schedules for these events are accurate within a day; only maintenance or a special update moves them.
When Do Armament Competition and Officer Project Run?
These two matter most for timing because they directly pay you for spending you would do anyway. Each has two types that alternate, and each type returns every two weeks:
- Armament Competition Type 1 opens Monday and runs two days.
- Armament Competition Type 2 (the Truegold-heavy type) opens Friday and runs two days.
- Officer Project types anchor midweek and weekend, opening Wednesday and Sunday on their alternating weeks.
The practical read: some window of Armament Competition or Officer Project is open, or a day away, at almost all times. Check which type is next before you spend, because each type scores different categories of spending.

Which Events Rotate on the Monthly Cycle?
| Event | Length | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Strongest Governor | 7 days | Individual ranking event; each day scores a different activity (construction, research, troops, power) |
| Kingdom of Power (KvK) | 5 days | Kingdom-versus-kingdom showdown with a prep phase before the battle days |
| Alliance Brawl | 6 days | Combined individual and alliance scoring; often follows Kingdom of Power in the rotation |
| Champagne Fair | Monthly | Trade-and-collect event with shop-style rewards |
Rotating events are where published calendars help most and miss most. Predictions based on the four-week pattern usually land within a day, but the game shifts windows around maintenance and kingdom milestones. Treat any date more than a week out as an estimate.
How Should You Time Your Resources Around the Calendar?
- Bank speedups and growth materials between windows. The same speedup spent inside Armament Competition or Officer Project scores event points on top of its normal effect. Spending it a day early earns nothing extra.
- Match the spend to the day in Strongest Governor. Each day scores one activity. Dumping research speedups on troop day wastes the whole stack.
- Hold your biggest pushes for Kingdom of Power prep. KvK scoring multiplies the value of everything you banked during the quiet week before it.
- Never miss Bear Hunt. It costs nothing but a march and pays hero XP and materials every two days.
Where Does Conquest Fit on the Calendar?
It does not, and that is the first thing to know about it. Conquest is not on the weekly or the four-week rotation. It is a permanent town-based mode you can open any time, so nothing on the calendar above tells you when to play it. People look for a Conquest schedule because almost everything else in this game has one.
How the mode runs
Conquest is stage progression against the computer. You set a formation, the fight resolves on its own, and you either clear the stage or you do not. It is the mode that used to be called Suppression, so older guides describing Suppress stages are describing this. Progress is measured in stages cleared, not in points scored inside a window, which is why it sits outside the event schedule entirely.
The trap: Conquest skills are their own tree
Every hero carries two separate skill sets, one for Conquest and one for Expedition, and they do not touch. Expedition skills do nothing for a Conquest stage. The upgrade materials are split the same way: Conquest Skill Manuals raise Conquest skills only, and Expedition manuals raise Expedition skills only. Manuals spent on the wrong tree are the most common reason a player with the right power stalls on a stage.
What it pays
Rewards scale with the stage you have reached, and clearing stages raises your idle resource generation, so the payout is continuous rather than a chest at the end of a window. That makes Conquest the one thing on this list worth pushing when no event is running: the stage you reach today keeps paying while you wait for the next competition to open.
Two things we have deliberately left out. Nobody publishes a reliable schedule for Conquest because it does not have one, and the Covenant making step that turns up in searches is not described the same way by any two sources we could check, so we would rather leave a gap than fill it in. If you want the events that do run on a clock, they are all above, and the working code list lives on our Kingshot gift codes page. For the daily routine behind all of it, see the Kingshot bot.
Where Does Swordland Summit League Fit?
Swordland Summit League is the season-long version of Swordland Showdown. Instead of one Legion against one Legion on a single Sunday, your Legion plays a run of matches across about six weeks and collects League Points that set its final place. It sits on top of the weekly spine rather than replacing it, and a Legion fielded in the League that week cannot enter Showdown the same week.
The season runs in three parts:
- Registration. Each alliance can enter up to two Legions, and each Legion holds 30 combatants plus 20 substitutes. Substitutes still take event rewards, so fill both rosters. Do not leave your alliance or transfer kingdoms once sign-up opens: either one drops you from the event.
- Qualifier rounds. Four rounds, one match a week, played on Sundays. Legions are sorted into Royal, Master and Diamond tiers by Legion power before the first round, and every tier plays at the same time. Lose your group and you drop into the Points Battle ladder rather than out of the season, so you keep playing and keep earning.
- Championship. The last two weeks. The group winners meet in a bracket for the title, and the payout is the reason to care: Champion Tokens and Truegold, the two currencies the weekly events barely hand out.
Dates are the one part no site can give you. The League opens per zone and per kingdom, published schedules disagree with each other, and Century Games does not post the dates anywhere public. Read the League banner in your own Event Center for the registration close and the first Sunday, then work back from it: rosters lock before the first round, and a Legion you fill late is a Legion that starts a player short.
Why Does Your Kingdom’s Calendar Look Different?
Kingdom age is the main reason. Events unlock progressively on new kingdoms, and the full rotation only stabilizes after the first Kingdom of Power. Server transfers add another wrinkle: transfer windows open irregularly, roughly every 30 to 50 days, and reshuffle the competitive landscape when they do. If your Event Center disagrees with any published calendar, including this page, the Event Center wins.

Conclusion
The Kingshot calendar is two clocks: a steady weekly spine (Bear Hunt every two days, Alliance Championship weekly, the two-day spending events on their Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday anchors) and a four-week rotation of the big scoring events. Bank resources between windows, match spending to the active event, and confirm dates in the Event Center.
