Yes, Dark War Survival has an official PC version. Download the free Windows client from the game’s website, darkwar-survival.com, or install it from Google Play with Google Play Games on PC. If you want several accounts open at once or the Dark War Survival bot, use the LDPlayer 9 Android emulator. On a Mac with an Apple chip, install it from the App Store.
You can play Dark War Survival on PC three ways: the official Windows client, Google Play Games on PC, or an Android emulator. All three need Windows 10 and about 8 GB of RAM. Sign in with the account your phone uses and your base carries over.

Is there an official Dark War Survival PC version?
Yes, two. The game’s website offers a standalone Windows client, released in February 2026. The Google Play listing is also marked “Available on Android, Windows” and installs through Google’s free Google Play Games on PC app.
The standalone client keeps the phone’s portrait layout, so the game fills a tall window in the middle of your screen. It downloads several gigabytes of game data the first time you open it.
For the standalone client, two current PC guides agree on the minimum: Windows 10 64-bit, 8 GB of RAM and 10 GB of free storage. Google Play Games on PC lists its own minimum on the game’s Play page.
| Part | Minimum for Dark War Survival on Google Play Games |
|---|---|
| Windows | Windows 10 (version 2004) or later |
| Memory | 8 GB of RAM |
| Processor | 4 physical CPU cores |
| Graphics | Intel UHD Graphics 630 or comparable |
| Storage | SSD with 10 GB free |
| Other | Windows admin account, hardware virtualization turned on |
How to play Dark War Survival on PC with the official client
This is the simplest route for one account. It takes four steps.
- Open the official site. Type darkwar-survival.com into your browser and use its PC download button. Skip download links from other sites; fake installers follow every PC launch.
- Run the installer. The file is a small Windows setup program that installs the client.
- Let it download the game. The first launch pulls several gigabytes of data, so give it time on a slow connection.
- Sign in to your account. Use the same login your phone account is linked to. Your base, resources and alliance load from the server. A new login starts a new base.
Prefer Google’s app? Open the Dark War Survival page on Google Play in your browser, press Install on Windows, and Google walks you through installing Google Play Games on PC first. Check the table above before you start.

How to play Dark War Survival on PC with LDPlayer
Use an Android emulator if you want more than one account open at once or plan to run a bot. LDPlayer 9 is the one we recommend. Nox and MEmu also work, and BlueStacks is not supported by our bot.
- Install LDPlayer 9. Download LDPlayer 9 and open it once so it finishes setting up.
- Sign in to Google Play. Open the Play Store inside LDPlayer and sign in. If you will use the bot, turn off auto-app updates in the Play Store settings.
- Install Dark War Survival. Search for Dark War Survival and press Install.
- Add more accounts if you want them. Each extra emulator instance can hold another account. How many you can run at once depends on your RAM and storage.
A virtual machine usually cannot run the emulator, so install LDPlayer on Windows itself. On a slow PC, the Fix emulators option in BoostBot sets each emulator to 2 cores and 2 GB.
Once the game runs in LDPlayer, the Dark War Survival bot can play it for you on a schedule: building upgrades, gathering, troop training, healing, research and alliance tasks. It needs Windows 10 or 11, Java JRE and JDK 25, and an English Windows username. The setup guide walks through each step. Bots break most games’ terms of service and no bot can promise you will not be banned, so read our bot safety guide first.

Can you play Dark War Survival on Mac?
Yes, on a Mac with an Apple chip. The App Store lists Mac support for an Apple M1 chip or later on macOS 12.0 or later. The App Store marks it as designed for iPad and not verified for macOS, so expect touch-style controls. The official PC client is Windows only.
Our bot is a Windows app, so it does not install on macOS. Mac players can rent a Bot Server, which runs the bot and the emulators on our hardware with the licence included. You control it from a browser on your Mac. Another option is Farm for Me, where our team runs your farm accounts.
Dark War Survival PC FAQ
Is the Dark War Survival PC version free?
Yes. The Windows client, Google Play Games on PC and LDPlayer are all free to download. The game itself is free to play with in-app purchases.
Does my phone progress carry over to PC?
Yes, if your phone account is linked to a login. Your base lives on the game’s servers, so signing in with that login on PC loads it. Link the account in the game’s settings before you switch.
Which emulator is best for Dark War Survival?
We recommend LDPlayer 9, and Nox and MEmu also work with our bot. BlueStacks runs the game but our bot does not support it. Our BlueStacks vs LDPlayer comparison has the details.
