Speedup Calculator for Whiteout Survival, Kingshot and Rise of Kingdoms

Type the time left on a timer and the speedups in your bag. The calculator works out how many of each to use, so the timer finishes with the least time thrown away, without touching your general speedups, or without going past the end. It works for Whiteout Survival, Kingshot, Rise of Kingdoms and any game where a speedup removes a fixed amount of time.

How to Use the Speedup Calculator

1. Start the upgrade, research, training or healing first. If your alliance helps with it, wait for the helps to land, then read the time left. Help comes off the timer, so the time before help is too big.
2. Type that time in days, hours, minutes and seconds.
3. Add one row per speedup you hold: the length printed on the item, how many you have, and whether it matches this queue or is a general speedup that works on any queue.
4. Pick what matters most and press Work it out. Use the items the table lists, then check the timer in the game before the last tap.

Which Mode to Pick

Least time wasted finishes the timer now and throws away as little time as possible. When two mixes waste the same time, it picks the one with fewer general minutes, then the one with fewer items.

Save general speedups finishes the timer now with as few general minutes as possible. It spends matching speedups first, even when that throws away a little more time. Pick it when you keep general speedups for queues that have no matching items left.

Never go past the timer only uses items that fit inside the time left, so nothing is thrown away. The rest of the timer keeps running, and you can finish it later with help or a smaller item.

What the Calculator Does Not Know

• It does not look up building, research or troop times. You type the timer you see, so the answer stays right after patches and buffs.
• It counts any time an item removes past the end of the timer as lost. Check the speedup screen before the last tap.
• It checks every possible mix of the items you typed, so the answer is the best one for the mode you picked, not a rule of thumb.
• Nothing you type is saved, and the tool is hidden from our session recordings. Refresh the page and it starts again.
